AI proposal manager
An agency brief comes in by email. AI pulls out the requirements, matches them to inventory, drafts the proposal and the reply, and files everything in SharePoint. A person checks it before anything goes out. I mapped the flow, dug into the tricky part (filling a PowerPoint template is harder than it sounds) and weighed licensing and upkeep before building further.

Nearest fire station, by road
The idea: type an address, get the closest stations by actual driving time, not as the crow flies. Geocode the address, pull station data from a public NSW feed, run a route matrix, rank the results.
