Work
Apps, automations, AI agents, integrations and a couple of websites. Clients stay anonymous, so the pictures show how each system works instead of real screens, and every project says honestly where it stands.
Full stories
Field service scheduling assistant
When a technician calls in sick, it rebuilds the day in seconds and lets the planner decide what actually changes.
Release management bot
A Teams bot that answers change-management questions and does the routine coordination, so release engineers stop digging through records.
AI-assisted medical document processing
Pulls the details out of incoming medical documents, so people check them instead of retyping them.
Health insurance renewal automation
Turned a yearly scramble of HR emails, reminders and spreadsheets into one tracked process.
SharePoint sites that build themselves
Add a client to a list and the whole SharePoint structure appears, client hub to project sites, already connected.
Sales activity scorecard
One short weekly form for sales reps, a review screen for their managers, and reminders so nobody has to chase.
A travel consultant's website
A personal site that turns visitors into inquiries, with every inquiry landing in a tracked, protected sheet.

Function bookings for a golf club
Function requests used to arrive however people felt like sending them. Now there’s one booking form, every request is a SharePoint record with a clear status (pending, approved, rejected), the General Manager approves or rejects with a reason, and the requester is emailed either way. It started as a proof of concept and was finished from there.

Diploma verification with QR and blockchain
My undergraduate thesis, and the first big thing I built. Checking whether a diploma is real usually means contacting the school and waiting. Our idea: put a QR code on the diploma that points to a record anchored on a blockchain, so anyone can check it in seconds and nobody can quietly change it. It was a Best Thesis finalist, and it’s where I got hooked on building software that removes a slow, manual step.

A nutritionist's practice website
A website for a nutrition practice that feels welcoming instead of clinical: what the practice does, a journal, recipes and guides, with booking and payments next. The big decision was what to leave out. A client portal and a food diary were on the list until we decided patient health information should never pass through the site at all. Intake happens in the practitioner’s own secure workspace instead.

Approvals across time zones
Approvals that have to work for people in many countries at once: seven-day approval windows, reminders and escalations that respect time zones, scheduling, and milestone communications along the way. The kind of automation nobody notices when it works, which is the point.

Design request tracking and reporting
Design requests were tracked in too many places. I migrated and organised a large volume of records into SharePoint, improved how new requests are tracked, and built Power BI dashboards so the team could see the workload at a glance.

Team communications on autopilot
A distributed healthcare team needed dependable internal communication: shift-related notices, announcements, birthday and milestone greetings. The automations gather content from several Teams sources, handle images through Azure Blob Storage, and publish to the right channels on time. No patient information involved.

Employee recognition app
Not every business app has to be about admin. This one exists so people can say thanks properly: a Power Apps app for recognising colleagues, with the records kept in SharePoint and the right people notified.

Operations apps for a restaurant group
Restaurant operations generate a steady stream of small processes: reimbursements, tracking, reporting. I turned several of them into Power Apps and flows, so requests are submitted once, approved in order, and reported on without anyone rebuilding a spreadsheet.

One Microsoft 365 for several brands
A group of related brands had fragmented tools. I built a SharePoint hub and intranet, organised their content and documents, and set up the Microsoft 365 side properly: domain onboarding, shared mailboxes and aliases, and the DNS records (SPF, DKIM, MX, Autodiscover) that make email just work.

Out of InfoPath, into Power Apps
InfoPath and SharePoint Designer workflows are retired technology, but plenty of businesses still run on them. I rebuilt them on Power Apps and Power Automate with proper environments, configuration and error handling, and helped partner companies through their Microsoft 365 migrations. My approach for this kind of work: inventory, map dependencies, assess, prioritise, then execute.

Facilities and events hub
A smaller project that made everyday work easier: facility lists with filtered views, facility-specific information, and event records shown in a calendar-style view. Good information architecture is mostly deciding what each person needs to see first.
